Registered Nurse
Deliver professional nursing care and clinical support for participants with complex health and disability needs.
Migara Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical support to participants in a community and home-based setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with participants, families and support teams to promote safe and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and person-centred nursing care.
- Assess participant health needs and provide appropriate clinical support.
- Develop and maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families and support teams.
- Monitor changes in participant health and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Support the implementation of care plans.
- Maintain professional standards and organisational policies.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
- Relevant nursing qualification.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Experience in community, disability or aged care is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence.
- Willingness to complete required screening and compliance checks.
